Yes. We operate under the institutional ZSR model -- the same structure used by Unilabs, Synlab, and Medgate. Our German physicians hold MEBEKO recognition and cantonal BAB licenses. We have commissioned a formal legal opinion (Rechtsgutachten) from a Swiss healthcare law firm to confirm LAMal billing eligibility.
A single visit includes up to 8 cardiac-focused exams: echocardiography, carotid (TSA) and Doppler ultrasound, blood draw (lipid panel, HbA1c, hs-CRP, Lp(a)), FIT collection (CRC screening), spirometry, anthropometrics and blood pressure. All performed by a qualified nurse and sonographer under real-time physician supervision. Results delivered within 24 hours via a secure portal; ultrasound studies reviewed by a remote cardiologist.
Packages start at CHF 150 per employee per year (Essential: FIT + Blood Pressure + Anthropometrics) and go up to CHF 380 (Executive: all 8 cardiac-focused exams + lifestyle coaching). The telemedicine physician is notified immediately. They conduct a video consultation with the patient before they leave the van, explain the findings, and arrange a referral to the appropriate specialist or GP. The patient's primary care physician is also notified automatically.
